Paula is a career development specialist, who combines working as a careers adviser at her local adult community college with freelance career counselling and coaching. Earlier in her career she worked in wildlife conservation and then financial publishing before moving into management development and deciding that working with people and their careers was where she wanted to stay. She says that the best thing about her work is when someone turns to her at the end of a guidance interview and says: ‘That was a really useful session – thank you!
