The Apprenticeship Programme appealed to me as I could get quality work experience and training whilst also being paid.Being a Civil Engineer is great as I love working outside and like to have a variety in my job. Each day is different as there are always new problems to solve!Every day you learn something new – which is part of what makes the Apprenticeship Programme such a great opportunity. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is considering a career in Civil Engineering.At BAM Nuttall, everyone is approachable and will go out of their way to help you. They help you to track your progress and you will have regular reviews throughout the Apprenticeship Programme.
