Tutors meet with their students at least once a week and run a tutorial programme which includes study skills, career planning and personal development.

Student story:

17 year old Apprentice, Kai Bedford is currently undertaking an Apprenticeship in Electrical Installations at Lambeth College.

“Although my ambition is to study for a B.Eng Degree in Power Distribution in two years time, I decided to complete an apprenticeship first because it promised to give me the both the  training and on-the-job work experience that I need to increase my chances of employment.

I'm glad that I took the Apprenticeship route and I'm really enjoying it so far!  I am also doing an A Level course in Mathematics at Lambeth College and this combined with my other training activities and university will one day give me good odds in terms of my employability"
