Our programme

Our School Leavers programme has been specially created for people who are leaving school with a strong interest in business and finance. By joining Deloitte, you can immerse yourself in the world of work, develop valuable skills and receive the kind of support you’d normally only expect from a graduate scheme.

Who are we looking for?

As a school leaver looking to work in Audit, Corporate Finance or Tax, you’ll need GCSE Maths at grade B or above and English at grade C. It’s also important that you have a predicted 300 UCAS points at A-level (excluding General Studies) for Audit and Tax or 320 points if you’re interested in Corporate Finance.
