The apprentice will be required to provide technical advice and expertise to Account Managers.

This may also include selling the benefits of the wireless solutions we provide.

Assist in design of wireless network security for large enterprises, including wireless intrusion prevention, and firewalls.

The apprentice will be required to deal with customers directly in person or upon the telephone, providing advice and support.

Experience of pc maintenance and installation of hardware and software would be an advantage, but not essential

Strong interest and desire to work within the IT sector.  Dedicated, hard-working and committed.

Looking for someone with enthusiasm, drive and initiative, with a friendly sociable personality, and well presented.

The candidates must display a commercial awareness, a drive to succeed, and be customer-focussed.

Working in partnership with Local Colleges, NiTP Academies delivers an intensive and fast track Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship for IT, Web, Software and Telecoms Professionals.  

It consists of high value industry opportunities alongside a high quality training programme. This programme offers the most up to date industry recognised qualifications:
  • Comptia A+
  • Microsoft Certified Technology Associate (MCTA)
  • Diploma in ICT Professional Competence
  • Certificate in ICT systems and Principles


Whilst on programme you will complete a 28 week programme of which you spend equal time split between your employer and the NiTP Academy on a week on week off basis, and earn a minimum of £92.50 per week!
