Age Requirements: 16 and Up
 
 
Type of job or training available:
Apprenticeship Programme for eligible, employed learners. 
 
Duration:
12-18 months training programme.
 
Qualifications needed:
Learners must meet eligibility criteria and be permanently employed.
 
Career progression:
For those wishing to continue their skills and qualifications, opportunities exist to progress to higher level professional qualifications such as:
  • MSc in Business and Payroll Management,
  • Membership of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) or,
  • The International Association of Bookkeepers (IAB).    

Progression routes from level 3 lead to supervisory positions or alternative progression routes including a move into other related fields such as:

  • Administration,
  • Information Technology,
  • Supervision and Management,
  • Pensions,
  • Customer Service
What we are looking for in a candidate:
Non-Graduates with a right to work in the UK and permanently employed in a relevant Payroll related role for more than 30 hours p/w.
