Apprentice Recruitment Consultant
DIVISION
Construction – Residential Sales
JOB PURPOSE
To effectively manage all day to day tasks and general administration matters as well as contributing to ensuring that your consultant reaches sales targets by completing all projects on time.
PLACE OF WORK & WORKING HOURS
You will be based at our Birmingham Office, based in central Birmingham (B1)
Your core working hours are 08:30 to 17:30 with an hour lunch break normally taken between 12:00 and 14:00 depending on work activities.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Main duties will include, but will not be limited to the following;
Daily Duties
Be committed to the success of you managers (Recruitment Consultant) and therefore the company as a whole.
Take and log phone call, post and email enquiries from candidates.
Process and submit enquiries back to clients within timescales set primarily by the consultant.
Follow up leads and negotiate terms suitable for both the client and candidate.
Email and call candidates with information regarding relevant vacancies.
Place jobs online and call candidates from company database.
Meet relevant candidates and interview accordantly.
Once a candidate has been submitted to a client ensure they are fully prepared for interview.
Follow up leads and help develop existing business.
Client liaison.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Additional duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following;
Company marketing.
Book and attend your consultant’s client meetings, when instructed by your divisional managers.
Attend team meetings and track your desk’s progress.
Must be capable, and willing to work after hours if work is needed to be completed.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Your performance will be assessed by your general adherence to company policy, including the following criteria;
Timekeeping.
Number of calls.
Time on the phone.
General Appearance.
Interface with candidates.
Sickness / Absence.
Disciplinary Record.
Attitude to QA.
Damage to equipment.
Working relationship with managers and all other employees.
WEEKLY WAGE
Starts at 95 pounds per week, rising up to 150 per week after passing successful probation periods
