Our client is a residential home, which was formerly a private home that has been skilfully converted to function as a care facility for the elderly. This care home seeks to respect individual choices and develop its services to suit their wishes.
There is currently an opportunity at this care home for an apprentice to join their team and study towards their Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care. This is a 12 month apprenticeship where you would benefit from acedemic training 1 day per week at our Birmingham based academy, with the rest of your training being within the care home environment.
At this care home you would benefit from an extermely experienced mentor and manager, who is able to give good all round training in this nursing environment
You will intially be paid the apprenticeship minimum wage of £110 per week, which some employers will increase after sections of your training have been completed.
