After initial training:
- 1st line support / Primary help desk contact (log in issues, general advice)
- Maintain Master copies of Windows system builds
- Reinstall / Configure windows and software on laptops
- Set up new user accounts on systems (inc phones)
- Perform basic hardware troubleshooting on printers
- Assist with loading new content onto website
- Configure new servers
- Maintain supplies inventory
- Occasional travel to other sites (no driving license required, will be accompanied)
