This qualification is about working in a retail environment. You will find it appropriate if you are: already competent in basic skills and require recognition of a wider range of abilities in retailing wishing to demonstrate competence gained previously in retailing or associated industries. To achieve the full award candidates must achieve 37 credits in total, including one mandatory unit of 11 credits. Mandatory unit E19 Work effectively in your retail team Improve the way you learn in a retail environment (11 credits)Optional Units A choice of 58 specific units which are tailored to the retail industry.
