Level 2 Intermediate Apprenticeship – Customer Service
Course Overview
This is suitable for all types of work roles across a wide range of organisations. Good ‘customer service’ is at the fore-front of every business so if you enjoy meeting new people, creating a good impression and generally being helpful this could be the career for you.
At Level 2 you will be in a job role that could be Customer Service Administrator, Receptionist, Retail/Service Assistant or Contact Centre Operative. The course will show you how to maintain a positive and customer friendly attitude. To recognise queries, requests and problems and how to deal with them. To communicate effectively with all types of customers. To understand the rules and regulations for delivering the service to customers.
Course Duration
This course on average takes 12 months.
Course Requirements
You must be aged 16 years and above. You must be living in England and not taking part in full-time education. You may also be required to study Functional Skills in English, ICT and Maths depending the outcome of your assessment. You must have a work placement – this can be either paid employment or voluntary.
