Are you looking for a route into the Hospitality industry? Achieve a degree from a leading University in either Hotel Management or Culinary Management with a choice of start date.
You study for 45 weeks in each of your two academic years and so will gain your University of Essex degree in just two years. You will graduate with an unbeatable combination of extensive experience of a real hotel and a degree, ready to fast-track into a career in the booming international hospitality industry.
All Edge Hotel School Students are guaranteed accommodation on the University of Essex Colchester Campus for the duration of the course.
In addition, Students will receive free meals whilst on duty in line with common industry practice.
Student Practitioners will also be registered as full members of the University of Essex Students' Union, with access to all facilities, services and functions which the Students' Union organises.
Edge Hotel School courses are on UCAS and their institutional code is E41 or you can apply directly by completing an application form on the Edge Hotel School website.
If you are unsure whether you meet the entry criteria for an Edge Hotel School course please contact the team, there are many courses that do not hold a UCAS tariff point that we accept. Please also note that the Edge Hotel School only accepts Home and EU fee paying students and if your first language is not English you must have written and spoken English at IELTS level 6 or equivalent. We also accept mature applicants.
