We have a fantastic new opportunity working as a trainee recruitment consultant in the heart of Birmingham!
If you are a bright, quick learner, who has a genuine desire to train within the world of recruitment this is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most dynamic, fast paced and successful niche recruiters in the construction industry.
As a trainee you would join the firm supporting the consultants and some of your responsibilities will include:
- Advert writing
- Searching for candidates on databases
- Candidate interviewing
- Attending client visits with Consultants
- Updating with lapsed candidates
- Lead generation for Consultants
The role would suit a quick thinking school/college leaver who is looking for an entry level role into recruitment.
You will need to demonstrate great initiative and be able to use your common sense to work in this fast paced, dynamic and target orientated environment. The role will see you move from a trainee adviser into a consulting role after 12 months or sooner if you have the aptitude.
You MUST be a college leaver or studying to achieve an NVQ. This role will not suit the faint hearted and a robust, outgoing and lively personality is sought.
