Job description: Business Development Assistant (Administrator)

A day in the life of a Business Development Assistant (Administrator) at this company usually includes at least one or two of the following tasks:

    - Filing and retrieving information and documents
    - Data entry
    - Typing letters
    - Managing diaries
    - Booking travel & Appointments
    - Maintaining office equipment
    - Answering the phone dealing with queries

Basically assisting the Business Development Manager develop the business for the better.

Hours and environment



Hours 9-5.

As the work is mainly computer based, you'll be in the office pretty much all the time.

Skills and interests



You'll need to be a people's person as your role involves working with people from all walks of life.

You'll also need to be super efficient to make sure you can balance your own workload with all those extra little requests that will come in from the Business Development Manager during the day... 'Please can you order some more pens as I've just taken the last one?' 'Can you show me how to do this on Excel please...'
