You will be educated to A level or equivalent, hold a clean driving licence and be willing to participate in a pre-employment driving assessment, must have the right to live and work in the UK on an ongoing basis, be resilient to change and the flexibility to relocate throughout the UK. In return UPS will offer the right individual the opportunity to work full-time at UPS, be paid a salary and have their degree fully funded for the duration of the programme. Successful applicants will be given a three year fixed-term contract and will enjoy the benefits of a basic salary plus all university and residential fees paid for by UPS, 20 days paid holiday, and the option to join the company pension scheme and health plan.
