UPS in partnership with Anglia Ruskin University are offering the right individuals the opportunity to undertake a work-based degree programme. The programme allows you to integrate work experience and theory so that you can gain a Bachelors Degree in Management & Leadership.


UPS is a global company with one of the most recognised and admired brands in the world. As the world's largest express carrier and package delivery company and the leading provider of specialised transportation, logistics, capital and e-commerce services, UPS manage a flow of goods, funds and information to more than 200 countries and territories worldwide every day. Successful applicants will need to have the desire to learn and grow with our business, be self-motivated with the determination to succeed, have the leadership potential to drive a team and have good organisational skills with the capability to identify and resolve problems. In addition you will need to have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to work in a pressurised environment. You will be educated to A level or equivalent, hold a clean driving licence and be willing to participate in a pre-employment driving assessment, must have the right to live and work in the UK on an ongoing basis, be resilient to change and the flexibility to relocate throughout the UK. In return UPS will offer the right individual the opportunity to work full-time at UPS, be paid a salary and have their degree fully funded for the duration of the programme. Successful applicants will be given a three year fixed-term contract and will enjoy the benefits of a basic salary plus all university and residential fees paid for by UPS, 20 days paid holiday, and the option to join the company pension scheme and health plan.
