Meet the over 100 employers and recruiters in London in 2012 face to face

Skills London 2012 is the Capital’s biggest, live action, skills and careers event. Hugely interactive, you’ll get the chance to touch, feel and experience a huge range of careers, jobs and training opportunities from a massive number of organisations.

Get hands-on with activities, inspired and motivated for your future. Visiting will make getting a job or finding the right course a whole lot easier as you meet recruiters face to face and can prove to them you’re enthusiastic and capable. 

At Skills London 2012 the employers and colleges will be showing you what they do with hands-on activities. These can include automotive training and wheel change challenges, pancake flipping with hotel and hospitality teams, changing a nappy with childcare trainers, building a roof with construction lecturers, restyling a hairdo with hairdressing academies, pedalling a dynamo to light a bulb with energy providers, fitness training with personal trainers and lots more.

Skills London 2012 is free to visit and open to anyone aged 15-24 (and families), whatever your ambitions or abilities and will offer a range of opportunities including Apprenticeships, education, training, employment, internships and other options.

To make it easier to get around Skills London 2012 the whole event is zoned into sectors.

  • Creative, Hospitality, Retail And Leisure
  • Design, Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace and Transport

Free features at Skills London 2012 include Who’s in the Room Success Talks and Seminars and The CV Surgery.  Along with a Performance Stage and loads of Get Skilled interactive areas.
