Current Events- Production Training Scheme Launch Night

Posted: 3rd of June 2016 by Emily Dujon

Want to know more about Channel 4's Production Training Scheme? Apply to join us at our launch night in London on Thursday 9th June.

Channel 4's Production Training Scheme is your opportunity to fast-track your career in TV. Successful applicants will be offered a 12 month contract working at one of the independent production companies that make television programmes for Channel 4. In addition, trainees join us monthly at Channel 4, for training sessions covering all aspects of the TV production sector, offering the best possible way to kick start a career in TV.

The scheme is particularly aimed at people with disabilities, from BAME communities or disadvantaged backgrounds  – because these groups are currently underrepresented in the television industry, which is something we want to change.

Join us on Thursday 9th June to find out more about the Scheme from the people who run it and from people who have taken part in previous years. This is your chance to find out about what is on offer, how to apply and how to stand out!

We expect this to be a popular event so we ask you to complete this simple application form to apply for a place. This event is aimed at people who will be applying for the Production Training Scheme, therefore people who are available to start a 12 month training contract in September 2016.
