Kick-Start your Career with an Apprenticeship at McDonald’s
Our Apprenticeship programme provides a fantastic opportunity to continue with studies whilst working. Join our team and you will develop new skills and gain knowledge that will lead towards an Intermediate Apprenticeship in Hospitality Services, which should take around 12 – 18 months. The programme will take you through all the stages of our on the job training and development, Functional Skills in maths and English and learning about the McDonald’s business. Once complete you will be well placed to progress further on our Career Path.
What we’re looking for
Enthusiastic and eager to learn, you’ll have good communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team and a professional attitude. Alongside learning new skills, the desire to improve the ones you already have is something we like too.
If you live in England and are leaving school in the year that you turn 17, then the Apprenticeship Programme fulfils the government requirement for you to continue in education or training until the end of Year 12.
