Take the future in your hands with an Atkins apprenticeship

Posted: 12th of March 2015 by Naomi Bourne

This year we’re looking for over 80 apprentices to start exciting careers with us around the UK.

There’s more to being an apprentice at Atkins than meets the eye. Join our brilliant team and you’ll study towards qualifications, get paid and learn something new every day.

You will work with the brightest minds in the business on some of the most challenging engineering and design projects of our time.

Choose from two levels of apprenticeships:

To help you look forward to a long term career with us we offer competitive salaries and extensive training opportunities. You’ll become a key part of the team straight away and receive mentoring and support to help you get to where you want to be. If this sounds like the start to your career you imagined, read our e-brochure to learn more.

When you join us you’ll be on the job from day one. You’ll be a paid, full time and permanent member of our team and you’ll take part in an accredited day or block release training programme. That means you’re getting the practical skills and technical knowledge you need to complete a recognised qualification with the industry experience that will help you reach your potential.

Our mentors will support you as you progress through your studies and you’ll be able to keep track of your progress with our professional development and performance reviews. When you’re in the office or on site you’ll become one of us, learning from industry leaders. We’ll help you find a career path that’s right for you and understand what steps you’ll need to take next to pursue it.

Our people define us so in recognition of hard work and commitment we offer a competitive salary and flexible benefits package with salary reviews in April of each year.

With vacancies open from March 9th and assessments taking place over the summer you could be starting your future by September.
