The Aon Apprenticeship

The Aon Apprenticeship has been designed to identify and develop the future stars of our business. We appreciate not everyone decides to go to university to further their development and have designed our apprenticeship programme with these people in mind.  Early responsibility is a way of life at Aon. You’ll very quickly become a technical specialist, helping clients and supporting our account managers to deliver market-leading products far sooner than you would in many other organisations. 

Our training programme will fully equip you to make an immediate impact on our business, helping you to build your business knowledge, develop professional skills and grow effective relationships with clients and colleagues. You will receive full support to study for professional qualifications (ACII) plus a salary (£16-18,000) and benefits while you develop.  

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate their enthusiasm and potential, and who have a passion for customer service.
 We are now looking for apprentices to join our programme in offices all over the UK. 

Apprentices will start work with us on 29 September 2014.

I joined Aon in October 2012, alongside 9 others in the UK’s first ever apprenticeship scheme. The last 8 months have flown by – from being in London studying every month to attending conferences and seminars – life since high school has definitely changed!

What stood out right from the start is the lengths Aon went to introduce ten 18-19 year olds into their organisation – it was pretty clear from the offset that all of us were joining a special organisation.
