This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to build their career in IT systems and networking.Their is a permanent role available upon completion of your IT Telecommunications professional apprenticeship.

Starting on a 12 month IT Systems and Networking Apprenticeship you will be based within the helpdesk and support team being immersed in all things IT
Responsible for logging all interactions with the clients providing remote first-line support.
Logging and categorising customer interactions concisely and efficiently.
Assist with Hardware & Software installation & troubleshooting
PC builds, rebuilds & malware removalBasic router configuration and basic troubleshooting of network issues
Configuration of mobile devices
Customer Service
Update required documentation

Required Skills
Good organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and time effectively.
Works well within a team.
Good communication skills.
Can use own initiative.
Happy to work towards deadlines
.Driving license required

.Additional Information:9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Salary boost at the end of the apprenticeship programme.
Full time role available upon successful completion.
