You will be working for?

A cloud based WiFi management controller, which makes setting up and maintaining a public WiFi network extremely easy. Our clients can get real time insight into who' s visiting their venue and how long they stay for with the scope for generating revenue by charging for access. The platform is extremely disruptive to the status quo, minimising the on-going cost and hefty setup fees typically associated with products in this category. Our system is easy to install, easy to operate, and doesn' t cost the earth

Job specification:

In this role, you will?

  • Be responsible for all client contact
  • Deal with a multitude of different enquiries
  • Support Customers
  • Networking
  • Deal with Server Administration, security and will work with Operating Systems
  • Deal with Pro Active Account Management
  • Be billing for Accounts

Your training?

Starts with a 12-14 month IT apprenticeship, which consists of training in small groups and work based assessment covering:Operating systems, Server administration, Customer support, Networking and Security.

You will gain a Diploma for Information Technology &Telecommunications Professionals SCQF Level 6 plus MCP in Windows 7/8 Configuration and Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 1.
