Business Administration teaches key concepts and a range of administrative techniques required to work in a business or corporate environment. Encompassing organisation, customer service, stakeholder management and the ability to work well under pressure, this qualification can lead you to work in a wide variety of departments including Compliance and Bloomberg Customer Support.
What to expect:
Your journey at Bloomberg will begin with one week of classroom based professional skills training to help you settle in to life at Bloomberg whilst building your first network of colleagues and friends in your cohort. After your initial training week you will join a specific team and work within this department for the duration of your apprenticeship.
You’ll benefit from getting a deep understanding of how your specific department works whilst applying your learning from your apprenticeship qualification into your everyday role. We have Business Apprentices across the business in departments such as Global Customer Support and compliance.
To round out your experience, you'll attend lunch and learn sessions, designed to teach you about our diverse company, and there will be plenty of opportunities to meet Bloomberg leaders at a variety of networking events. Of course we also want to give you the chance to get to know your peers, so you'll also take part in volunteering activities and social events with apprentices from other departments.
Throughout the apprenticeship, you'll be supported by your line manager, buddy and your recruiter to ensure you receive regular feedback on your work and help navigating the company and your future career opportunities here.
Where & When:
Apprentices usually start in our London office every September. This qualification takes 13-15 months.
