Your program's highlights
In Technology you’ll be supported throughout your Credit Suisse journey by your line manager, mentor and the wider team to help you shape your own successful career acquiring business and technical knowledge and expanding your soft skills needed to achieve successful outcomes. You will have a chance to apply technical knowledge gained in the classroom to real world systems and applications.
You are an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for technology; a critical thinker and problem solver. You will enjoy taking accountability for deliverables and bringing technical projects to fruition. You will have great examples working as a collaborative, adaptable team player who can show the ability to build positive relationships in your studies and activities.
Your field of responsibility
There are a range of Apprenticeship roles available from DevOps, Data Science and Software Engineers to IT Solutions Technicians leading to a career filled with exciting challenges.
Always looking towards the future, the Technology division is focused on 6 themes: Data Science & Analytics, Cyber Security, Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence & Robotics, Innovation & Automa-tion, Cloud and FinTech.

Your qualification and skills
- GCSE Mathematics and English C-A are required
- Current A-level studies completing in 2021 (or attained within the last 12months) with qualifications in STEM subjects preferred
- Coding skills are needed for some pathways (eg. DevOps) and strong Mathematics (eg. Data Science)
- Understands the value of diversity in the workplace and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work
