Stewart Accounting Services based in Alloa, are looking at bringing in an Admin/Digital Marketing Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate and enthusiastic about kick starting a career within Digital Marketing.The Successful candidate will be directly involved in the delivery and implementation of marketing activities and general office duties, in line with the marketing objectives set out by the company’s marketing and digital strategy.

The key objective of the digital transformation strategy is to increase reach and most importantly to convert interest into action! 

You will undertake a Modern Apprenticeship in Digital Marketing, working towards the achievement of a nationally recognised Digital Marketing Diploma (SCQF). Upon completion of the apprenticeship programme, there will be career progression opportunities for you as well as further scope for training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare bi - monthly blogs for the company website with guidance from current key staff members
  • Prepare company monthly and quarterly e-newsletters and send to contact list
  • Manage CRM system for digital marketing and develop new automation campaigns to existing clients and prospects
  • Build up email database and develop automation campaigns to potential clients
  • Manage all monthly direct mail marketing campaigns
  • Manage all social media channels as well as develop and manage ad campaigns/ad spends and report on a monthly basis
  • Maintain and update company website Administration
  • Assist with administrative tasks as necessary
  • Collect and distribute mail as appropriate to staff and prepare any mail for posting out
  • Can and subsequently shred documentation
  • Upload any client’s records to internal systems as appropriate
  • Responsible for full on boarding process of new clients and all related tasks
  • Maintain all internal systems to ensure up to date and complete at all times
  • Responsible for booking in new jobs, chasing for missing information and chasing clients who haven’t yet handed in information
  • Process clients fee notes and related costs on a monthly basis against time recording system

  • We are looking to hear from candidates who are enthusiastic about a career in Digital Marketing
  • Full training will be as part of your apprenticeship alongside continued support in your role with E-learning & existing training material

The following skills and qualities are highly desirable:

  • Ability to write creatively and imaginativelyKnowledge of current social media channels and tools in a business environment
  • Knowledge of website content, including the use of CMS applications, editing and publishing tools
  • Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with a working knowledge of database management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good photographic skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, including the ability to successfully manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently
  • Capable of working both independently and as a team member

Additional Information:

  • Monday to Friday 9-5
  • Between GBP 10,000 - GBP 12,000
  • 4 duvet days per year, so over the course of the year you have the option to start at 11am 4 times
