Vacancy Description

BCB ATM is looking for someone who has the passion for compliance and risk manage management. You will be tasked with working in a risk or compliance function within our management team, providing relatively straightforward support and advice, supporting on auditsreviews or working on specific problems as they arise. Sound knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks, policies and procedures will be required. You will work towards your International Compliance Associate (ICA) accreditation

Your time on the Apprenticeship Programme will be split into sections, depending on the work available in different areas and the up and coming areas of regulatory developments. You could be involved in performing monitoring reviews: analysing processes and data, feeding back your issues to people from all over the organisation, writing reports; building relationships with key stakeholders and providing advice to them; implementing and designing new technology led initiatives.   • Build and maintain our compliance requirements for various national framework agreements
  • Construct and police our company policies and procedure AML and KYC
  • Assistance in the delivery of a company wide risk management tool
  • Develop ongoing relationships with internal and external supplier
  • Preparation of second line of defence control quarterly reporting
  • Updates to internal policy and procedure documentation
  • Review and challenge annual operational risk assessments across the company
  • Assist the Information Security team with data related incident investigations
  • Co-ordinate the delivery of Information Security education and awareness
  • Participate in the management of security risk


Qualifications Required:

  • A minimum of two C’s at A level or equivalent (Achieved qualifications only)
  • 5 GCSEs A*-C (4-9) including Maths and English or equivalent qualifications
