One of Scotland's leading Accountancy Firms is currently seeking a Learning & Development Apprentice to join their team. Campbell Dallas is a dynamic and fast growing firm and seeks a hardworking and motivated individual to join the business.You will work closely with the L&D team and the wider HR team to provide effective, confidential and efficient support to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling enquiries for training courses, booking delegates on appropriate courses and issuing joining instructions and login details

Updating and maintaining training records & student records group wide

Maintaining Learning & Development intranet pages

Arranging meetings

Ensuring accuracy of filing system

General administrative duties such as scanning, photocopying and record keeping Liaise and co-ordinate with the group on training courses, dates, times, locations and course materials

Supporting the wider HR team Full training will be provided.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills

Ability to demonstrate a pro-active approach, working on own initiative, escalating matters as appropriateStrong organisational skills

Ability to work well as part of a team

Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, in particular, Word, Excel & Powerpoint

Approachable at all times to both external and internal clients with professional attitude

Additional Information:

37.5 hour week flexible working either 08:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00, 10:00-18:00GBP 900021 days holiday public holidays Company pension scheme
