You will be working for…A business that design and manufacture a range of gas measuring instruments, electronic sensors and switches. Recently they have experienced rapid growth and intend to continue this expansion further. Our client employee over 45 employees and are looking to recruit a new member to the Sales & Marketing team. The apprenticeship combines high quality classroom training and on-the-job experience. The programme equips apprentices with the real-world skills they need to tackle a varied and fast paced role. The programme provides training and real life experience in the following areas - Digital marketing principles Social media marketing Adobe Photoshop Search engine marketing Email marketing Google analyticsIn addition, you will support the company sales team in administration duties, general customer service, producing sales quotations and customer follow ups.

We are looking for an individual with a talent for organization, strong attention to detail, friendly and outgoing personality.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Start with a 12 month Business Administration apprenticeship, using multiple systems including EFAC, CRM system and Microsoft Office applications to expertly handle all customer orders and maintaining all customer records. Working with the EFACS system to track all customers' samples orders

Tracking samples for follow up Maintaining all records on the business' CRM database system and keeping up to date

Acting at the first point of contact for all customers, handling all calls in a polite and professional manner

Meeting and greeting all customers Answering the telephone when necessary in a professional manner Scanning all paperwork documents and saving into appropriate folders Completing all general administration duties when required including photocopying and filingWorking in a timely manner in a fast paced environment

 

Required Skills:

Ambitions to work within a Business Administration position with a strong work ethic and open to new ideas

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong computer skillsHigh level attention to detail and accuracy
