We supply gym equipment and apply our gym design skills right across the board, from modest personal trainer start-ups to global gym brands, local authorities to hotels, and sports clubs to CrossFit boxes.
- Using CRM Systems to access existing client base
- Manage a CRM system and ensure data is updated and accurate
- Updating excel spread sheet with order details
- Monitoring the incoming emails and providing webchat support through online systems
- Order processing using internal order systems
- Relevant support using Microsoft packages
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Any additional ad hoc duties
- Answering the incoming calls

Skills necessary / Previous Experience:
- Good Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Email etc)

- GBP 11,000 per annum starting with GBP 16, 738 offered on completion of programme
- Monday - Friday
- 9am until 5.30pm
- 37.5 hours per week
- The Modern Apprenticeship Programme is targeted at building our workforce of the future. Funding for training is available for applicants aged 16-19 and for disabled and care-experienced applicants between the ages of 20-29. Please ensure, if you are applying for a Modern Apprentice post, that you meet one of these criteria.You will be supported throughout your apprentice journey by a dedicated QA Assessor, you will undertake an X Programme which leads to the achievement of an SCQF level 6.
