Durham Federation is made up of two school sites in Sacriston and Ushaw Moor. The federation is currently looking to expand their team of IT experts through the addition of a Baltic apprentice who will support in a range of areas across the school.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career within IT and will offer them experience being part of a helpdesk support function. The right candidate will be confident, mature and passionate about starting a career in IT support.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Typical roles and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- First Line technical support
- Hardware and Software installation and configuration
- Maintaining the website
- Fixing printer issues
- Supporting all users across the schools
- Supporting and maintaining the network
Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship by both Baltic Apprenticeships and Durham Federation.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £8775 per annum
- 8am to 4pm (30 Minutes for lunch)
- 3:30 Finish on a friday
- 26 holidays + Bank Holidays
There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme. You, along with your employer, may progress to a Level 4 programme, and take your training even further.
