We have unique opportunity for an Information Systems Apprentice to train and work alongside skilled staff in the Information Systems Department.
You will work with colleagues across many sites across the UK, and have exposure to many different areas of IT.

Within IT you will have the opportunity to work closely with skilled team members to add workplace experience to the excellent training provided by QA.
- Resolving queries
- Problem solving
- Providing technical assistance
- Maintaining ICT equipment
- Installing and configuring hardware
- Resolving faults
- Upgrading or replacement of equipment as needed
You will be involved in supporting our clients’ IT infrastructure and applications on a day-to-day basis. This will give you an insight into a wide variety of technologies and a great understanding of how our customers work.
You will be part of a team that have the opportunity to influence and contribute to implementing continuous improvements to the way in which we work.

- 5 GCSE’s, grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths).
39hrs per week.
£204 per week, rising to £273 per week in year two with further rises based on completion of the planned programme.
QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.
To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
