Initially to provide basic telephone and email support on our dedicated customer Helpdesk, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Learning how to log calls on our ticketing system, you will be part of our Helpdesk/IT team and progression will be towards a higher level of skill involving remote installs on customer networks, preconfiguring printers prior to installation on customer sites, and support for sales on any post sales IT issues with customers. Being a centre of competence for the Helpdesk. Some support with internal IT systems, configuration of laptops for new starters and general support for employees on systems.
