This Access to Higher Education course will prepare you to study for a degree at university. This is a one-year, Level 3 course specifically designed to enable you to develop the knowledge and study skills to progress into Higher Education in careers such as Social Work, Law, Teaching, Criminology, Psychology and many more exciting career paths. You may already have some qualifications at GCSE, NVQ, BTEC or A level but not enough to get to university. The Access course will equip you with the skills and knowledge to achieve your goal. You need to be very committed to study and focused on your career choice and we recommend that you do not work more than 16 hours per week in addition to your coursework based studies. You will need to be available 3-4 working days per week for lectures.
