There will be a chance to develop within the role as you gain more knowledge and experience. The Office Administration Apprentice will be an integral part of the team and will work within and understand different areas of Synergy, supporting and reporting to the HR and Office Manager.
What you'll be doing:
- Uploading invoices into their accounting software - Xero.
- Additional basic accounts administration
- Filing & scanning
- Sorting & sending post (small amounts)
- Making bookings (restaurants, car services etc.)
- Keeping on top of stationery/office supplies.
