Key Responsibilities:

To support the Director and Marketing/Resource Coordinator with day-to-day tasks, acting as a key point of contact for all incoming correspondence. Alongside your role, you will complete a Digital Applications Support apprenticeship delivered by QA.This will be a mixture of mentoring, work-based assessment and classroom training.

Key systems used:

  • Bullhorn- Internal CRM/Recruitment software system
  • Microsoft Packages- Word and Excel
  • Social Media Platforms- Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn

 

  • Business
  • Providing office support including customer and employee support
  • Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity on Bullhorn
  • Confident in answering calls & calling teachers as required
  • Setup and administer client records using our database management system
  • Provide support for candidate enquiries
  • Basic admin with handling of on-boarding documents to be uploaded onto Bullhorn
  • Marketing
  • Assistant with the business’ social media platforms including LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Assisting with front-end website maintenance
  • Assist with the creation and editing of social media content and blog writing
  • Assist with reaching out to clients and posting on job portals
  • Assist with email campaigns
  • Help write and deliver presentations
  • Recruitment Support
  • Phoning candidates to establish availability for work
  • Booking candidates in to interview slots with prospective employers
  • Sending emails via outlook and text
  • Working closely with recruitment team supporting processes and policies
  • Interviewing candidates and taking them through the registration process using Bullhorn, the internal CRM system

Required Skills:

  • ​​​​​​​An excellent communicator and confident over the phone Ambitious, driven and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Strong social media skills, ability to multi task with a creative flair

Additional Information:

  • 09:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Thursday)
  • 8am - 2pm or 10am - 4pm (Friday)
  • GBP 5 per hour with incremental increases throughout appprenticeship (up to GBP 10 per hour)
