Origin Fitness is a UK based distributor and manufacturer of commercial fitness equipment. Origin works with both distributors and commercial operators to combine both equipment provision and a range of support services, which include gym design, marketing, training and servicing.

The company is currently looking to grow its market share in the UK and in markets overseas, with digital marketing a key part in the company' s strategy towards achieving this.

Job specification:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Credit Controller process Purchase Ledger invoices and apply invoices to awaiting purchase orders or file invoices in relevant shared email folder for Orders /Service to action
  • Assist Credit Controller approve Sales invoices, allocate credits, payments on account /prepayments before emailing invoices to customers.
  • Assist Credit Controller maintain Sales Ledger, including chasing outstanding debt on overdue invoices
  • Prepare payment run listing for review by Finance Team Leader
  • Support to Finance Team Leader and Credit Controller as required.
  • Maintain petty cash records
  • Collate and record mileage, credit card and expense claims

Qualifications

You must have at least 5 National 5 grades, both qualifications must include Maths and English.

  • Mon - Fri
  • 9am - 5.30pm
