You will complete a work based Business Administration NVQ level 2 or 3 qualification, which will last 12-16 months. Depending on previous qualifications you will also complete Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- General admin duties
- Updating spreadsheets
- Sourcing CV’s using job websites
- Telephone interviews
- Booking candidates in for interview
- Sending conformation email and delivering feedback to candidates who have been on interview.
- Reliable, honest, attention to detail
- Confident, clear telephone manner
- High levels of initiative, attitude and enthusiasm
- Able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Excellent career progression
- Warm and friendly atmosphere
- Possibility of working towards permanent position
Working Hours - Monday – Friday, 9.30 – 5.30pm
Salary - Apprenticeship salary of £3.50 per hour
