Apprenticeship: Business Administration level 2 and 3 Apprenticeship

Salary/Hours: £4.61ph – 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday

Location: Nottingham


The Role

The Hub Administrator will contribute to the overall success of the BBO Towards Work programme within Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. Working within their Hub region, the successful candidate will work alongside TW Hub Co-ordinator, providing Administrative support to the team, namely Co-ordinator, Job Broker and Work Coach. They will ensure that all performance data relating to the designated area is collected and collated. The principal duties and responsibilities of this role encompass tasks and activities that primarily relate to the purpose of the role and may include other duties that are supplementary to the role. The individual employed in this role will be working exclusively on the BBO Towards Work programme and solely employed on the BBO Towards Work Project.

  • Provide Administrative support to the Hub team as required.
  • Ensure participant entry forms and participant records are maintained in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure that programme referral and monitoring data is completed in full in a timely and accurate manner.
  • To type letters, reports, minutes, create tables and other documents as required.
  • To undertake general office duties including photocopying, scanning, shredding, filing. Laminating, binding etc.
  • Undertake as requested other activities deemed to be commensurate with the role.


The Person

This role requires an enthusiastic individual who as good written communication, with the flexibility to take on new tasks. You will need to be confident and especially competent in the use of Microsoft packages and other software that will be used on a daily basis, you will also need to be incredibly ambitious and willing to undertake further training and development.

For this level 2 and level 3 apprenticeship, requirements include a minimum of grade C or above in GCSE maths and English. An attention to detail, friendly and approachable person is favoured.


The Reward

This is a 24-month apprenticeship paying weekly wages of £4.61ph, where you will achieve level 2 and 3 in Business Administration Apprenticeship with Functional skills also available in English, Maths and ICT if required.

Upon completion of the apprenticeship, this company will be looking to keep the right individual on full time.
