Responsibilities

  • General Admin Duties
  • Answering phones
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Mail sorting
  • Dealing with emails - inbound and outgoing
  • Scanning and photocopying documents
  • Checking and updating database
  • Database Management
  • Call analysis &monitoring

 


Requirements

 

  • A confident personality
  • Strong communicator - both verbally and written
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Working to deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Able to work well in a team and on your own initiative
  • Reliability
  • A keen interest in Administration or Business

 


Qualifications required

5 standards ( Level 1 - 3)OR 5 National Level 5 grades, both qualifications including Maths and English



Additional information

Monday-Friday, 9: 00am-5.30pm

Salary is GBP 150-GBP 200 per week, depending on experience
