Currently seeking a confident, lively team player to begin their career in a seasoned letting agents in Helensburgh. They are the largest independent letting agency in West Dunbartonshire and Argyll and Bute, With over 90 years experience and unrivalled customer service in real estate, they provide expert knowledge on the Scottish Property Market.

This apprenticeship will work you towards your SQA Level 3 Diploma in Business and Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering the telephone

- Dealing with customers face to face as point of entry to our office (reception desk based)

- Arranging appointments and dealing with the office diary on our software system

- Arranging repairs and maintenance for properties and dealing with landlords throughout this process

- Filing

- General cleanliness of office

- Possible marketing and social media updating

- Other miscellaneous duties based on the daily routine of the office

- Someone willing to learn

Additional Information:

Monday - Friday 30 Hours

National minimum wage for age
