With government contracts to deliver Apprenticeships to both large and small organisations we are looking to grow and expand our well established business.
The Sales Account Manager will build and then maintain client relationships, providing exemplary customer service at all times to meet and then exceed all agreed sales targets.
The role will involve telephone sales activity to generate new business, alongside email campaigns, to exceed monthly sales targets. You will be working in a fast paced, energetic atmosphere with a focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations.
·Exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
·Cold calling in order to generate new business customers
·Account management of existing customer base
·Creation and maintenance of CRM database
·Production of monthly sales forecast
·Liaison with delivery team in order to ensure appropriate learners are recruited
·Attend networking events as and when required
·Production of direct mail pieces in line with the marketing strategy
·Competitive and highly motivated
·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
·A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a telesales role
·Excellent IT skills and experience of using a CRM
·Ambitious and keen to progress
·GCSE Maths and English grade A-C or equivalent

Experience of the Further Education sector is not essential but would be looked on favorably, as would a full driving license.
