Hotel du Vin at The Avon Gorge Hotel are looking for an Apprentice Bartender.

Working Week:

£7.83 per hour, 40hrs, early shift 9am-5pm, late shift 5pm-finish

Weekly Wage:

£313.20

Main duties:
-Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
-Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
-Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
-Clean the bar top and bar tables.

Skills Required:

-Previous customer service/hospitality experience.
-Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities.
-Conscientious and hard-working.
-Reliable, trustworthy and flexible.
-Adaptable.

Personal Qualities:

-Strong Interest in Hospitality.
-Warm, welcoming and outgoing personality.
-Excellent communication skills, great attention to detail.
-Fantastic team player with a 'can-do' attitude.
