Vacancy full description:

Cleaning of kitchen/preparation areas as part of main rota

Washing dishes and use of pot wash

Cleaning and moving equipment before and after mealtimes

Work safely, considering the safety of others, working within Health and Safety guidelines

Carry out any other duties as required by the Chef Manager

Work effectively under the Chef with the rest of the team, with a positive attitude

Have a keen interest in food presentation

Have high standards of hygiene and cleanliness

To assist with the prepping and serving of hot and cold food

Ensuring a high level of customer care and assistance

Work as part of a team and participate in the staff rota, which covers general kitchen duty

Pay/working Hours: £195 per week, 30 hours, Mon-Fri, 8:30am-2:30pm

Expected duration of the apprenticeship: 12 months

Apprentice Chef to work 30 hours per week, 5 days a week Monday to Friday, learning kitchen skills, presentation skills as well as food and H&S compliance working back of house and front of house
