You will complete a work based Hospitality & Catering NVQ level 2 or 3 qualification, which will last 12-16 months. Depending on previous qualifications you will also complete Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT.

We are looking for somebody that is keen to learn the aspects of working in the Licensed trade this person must be hard working presentable and also be able to work as part of a team. You will be carrying out the duties that are set by the manager these include:

  • Food prep
  • Collecting glasses
  • Serving food and drink to customers
  • Using the till
  • Cleaning
  • Maintaining customer service
  • Taking customers’ orders
  • And any other duties that the management issue

Working Hours - Monday – Friday, 37 hpw

Salary - Apprenticeship salary of £3.50 per hour
