Vacancy Overview:

This is a brand new vacancy for an aspiring chef to work alongside some of the industries top chefs. To learn and develop culinary skills to become a top chef of the future. You will be working across the London based venues.

Working Week:

45 hours with 1 hour break per day. Sunday is always a rest day.

Detailed Job Description:

As a Commis Chef you will be given the opportunity to work on all sections of the kitchen, serving stylish modern food in a truly beautiful and very unique environment. The menus use the freshest products with a seasonal changing menu and an emphasis on local produce.

Duties will include:
• Ingredient preparation
• Cooking meals through various different cooking methods
• Plating up and presentation of food
• Taking instruction from senior chefs
• Cleaning and clearing down work stations
• Working in a safe manner at all times

You do not have to have any experience of working in a kitchen before but you must have high standards and be willing to listen and learn.

Other Information:

This is a fast paced work environment where you will be given the chance to learn without the judgement of making a mistake.

You will be working evenings, Saturdays, bank holidays and split shifts. You will have 2 days off per week but they will not be together.
