In our customer service team we help people get to grips with everything from their bill and their contract, to a particular feature on their new smartphone.

Key Details:

Location -       North Tyneside (Cobalt Business Park)
Hours -            Full Time (37.5) - 20% of this time will be devoted to your learning/coursework
Contract -       Permanent
Start Date -    20th June 
Training -        5 weeks (Mon-Fri 8-4.30pm)

Recruitment Process:

Once you have applied and completed a quick screen to ensure you are eligible for the apprenticeship we will look to book you into one of our mandatory Experience Days on site. This will give you a feel for the EE culture and make sure its the right place for you!

Once you've attended an experience day, you are guaranteed an interview for the position and if you are successful in this interview then we will look to offer you the role!

The provisional dates for the first experience days we are running are (you only need to attend one) ;
Tuesday 10th May & Thursday 12th May
