£7.83 per hour, 40 hours per week, early shift 6am-3pm, late shift 4pm-finish

Hotel Du Vin is looking for enthusiastic, professional individuals who want to work in a busy Food and Beverage environment. As an Apprentice Waiter in Hotel du Vin you will be the face of the restaurant, help control the flow, and ensure communication between the Kitchen and the F&B Manager to ensure smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.
As an Apprentice Waiter in Hotel du Vin you will be tasked with delivering the brand standards on a daily basis, you will strive to exceed our Guests expectations and will be a people focussed and organised individual.

-Provide detailed information about our food and drink.
-Offer menu recommendations.
-Maximise average spends through effective upselling techniques.
-Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages.
-Communicate order details to kitchen staff.
-Prepare tables by setting up linen, silverware and glasses.
-Clean dirty tables and surfaces.
-Previous customer service/hospitality experience.
-Passion for excellent food and wine.
-Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities.
-Conscientious and hard-working.
-Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build on new and existing custom.
-Reliable, trustworthy and flexible.
-Strong Interest in Hospitality, with commercial awareness and the ability to promote new and existing menu items.
