You’ve recently gained your A-Levels or BTECs, but university isn’t for you. So now you’re facing a big question: what’s next? An apprenticeship at Schroders is a chance to get earning and start building your future career, right now. Now for the detail: you’ll spend 20% of your time working towards your apprenticeship qualification. What we look for

We don’t expect you to know all the ins and outs of asset management, how could you? What’s important is your proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about our world. You’ll be curious and ask questions, grabbing hold of any opportunities that come your way. From a practical standpoint, you’ll need a minimum of 96 UCAS points and be at least 18 years old when the programme starts.
