Business Admin Apprentice

1.MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB -To manage the day to day administration of the service. Providing administrative, secretarial and clerical support. -To work in partnership with service users, ensuring choice, participation and motivation, adhering at all times to the values of the organisation.

1. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain dairies for appointments

- Filling all records

- Responding to all info@ncp emails

- Care Match Bidding

- Updating the Capacity Tracker Daily

- Calling Hospital Discharge teams

- Liase with Social Workers & CPNs, GPs

- Send marketing emails to Social Workers

- Organise marketing material- brochures, email signatures

- Writing tenders

- Seeking Application for Contracts eg Sandwell Contract

- Doing Monthly Audits on Paperwork in Bearwood and Warwards Lane

- Responding to Market Intelligence emails and cascading information

- Order weekly testing kits & organise for staff & residents testing

- Respond to CQC with consultation with manager

- Ordering stuff and equipment as required e.g PPE, cleaning products

- Maintain Records of all receipts and invoice- Liase with accountant at the end of the month for reconciliation.

- Making sure all staff training is up to date with trainer for dates for training, register everyone on Social Care TV

- Organise for Staff and Residents COVID Testing- weekly for staff and 4weekly for residents

Qualifications Required: QCF Level 2 Administration or relevant experience
