Working week

37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

Total hours per week: 37.50


  • Respond to routine correspondence and enquiries from a range of clients
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and take ownership of the month-end process
  • Accruals, prepayments, journals, fixed assets and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Analysis of data and productions of reports to be able to predict accurate sales invoices and be able to forecast our revenues
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Hands-on approach to ensure accounts payable and accounts receivable are up-to-date; this includes raising payment runs and an element of credit control
  • Posting of purchase invoices to Sage and managing corporate card spend
  • VAT returns
  • Working closely with the FC to determine and implement best practice in terms of processes and reporting
  • Be proactive and adaptable to provide tailored solutions to the challenges faced by a rapidly growing business
  • Other roles and responsibilities where appropriate
